Welcome aboard music.pipl.top — the interstellar hub for musicians, listeners, producers, and all beings who vibe with the rhythm of the cosmos. These are the rules that govern your experience in the soundspace of Music PiPL: content handling, rights, responsibilities, and sonic wonders await.

? 1. General Provisions

1.1. Music PiPL is part of the PiPL.top ecosystem and allows users to upload, stream, and promote music — whether composed by humans or generated by AI systems.

1.2. By using Music PiPL, you agree to these Terms, as well as the General Terms of Use of the PiPL platform (see pipl.top/rules).

1.3. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service — we still love you, but honesty matters.

? 2. Uploading Musical Content

2.1. Users may upload original works, including:

• songs and compositions,

• albums,

• mixes and DJ sets,

• generative music (from AI platforms like Suno, Mubert, Boomy, etc.)

2.2. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• you hold the rights to the music or have permission to use it;

• you’re not violating any third-party rights;

• you agree to remove disputed content if legal issues arise.

2.3. AI-generated tracks must:

• be labeled as "AI-generated";

• include the platform used for generation (if known);

• not contain unlicensed samples or vocals.

2.4. The PiPL team may:

• remove content that violates law or platform policies;

• temporarily block content during rights disputes;

• feature tracks in promotions (see Section 6).

? 3. Use of Content

3.1. Music on Music PiPL can be:

• streamed freely or through subscription (as set by the creator);

• used in other PiPL services (e.g., stories, blogs, events);

• added to personal playlists, collections, and in-radio streams.

3.2. Redistribution, downloading, and commercial use are prohibited without explicit permission from the rights holder.

3.3. Respect creators. Don’t rip, don’t steal — make your own magic.

4.1. You can register as an artist, label, producer, or agency.

4.2. Pro tools include:

• custom profile and branding pages;

• analytics on listens and fan engagement;

• integration with Telegram bots, NFTs, and marketing dashboards.

4.3. You can:

• publish official releases and announcements;

• engage fans through direct messages;

• enable donations and monetization features.

4.4. All content and actions must comply with local laws and international IP regulations.

? 5. Content & Moderation

5.1. Forbidden uploads include tracks that:

• incite violence, discrimination, or harm;

• infringe copyright or related rights;

• use unlicensed samples or content;

• break community ethics or platform values.

5.2. Violations result in:

• warnings;

• track/account suspensions;

• permanent bans for repeated abuse.

5.3. Use the "Report" button on track pages or contact support at support@pipl.top.

? 6. Copyright & Licensing

6.1. You retain full ownership of the music you upload. By sharing on Music PiPL, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• stream and showcase your music within the PiPL ecosystem;

• promote it via playlists, banners, and highlights;

• include it in community events (e.g., livestreams, shows).

6.2. We do not sell, sublicense, or use your music outside PiPL without consent.

6.3. If your music is AI-generated, you are responsible for proper licensing and use of generation tools.

We’re in active development mode. Share ideas, report bugs, or request features. PiPL is built with creators — and you’re at the center of it.
