?️ DMCA Policy for Music PiPL
Galactic Copyright Protocol for Streaming Worlds
Music PiPL (music.pipl.top) is a cosmic sound hub where artists, DJs, creators, and listeners converge across the multiverse. To keep the harmony flowing and protect creators' rights, we follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and its Earth-based legal standards. This document outlines our takedown and counter-notice process, rights around AI-generated music, and compliance guidelines — with planetary precision.
This DMCA Policy applies to:
Music uploads (tracks, albums, mixes, DJ sets)
Live audio streams
Podcast episodes and spoken-word content
Cover songs, remixes, mashups, and sample-based works
Album art, track metadata, visualizers
AI-generated music and vocals (including via tools like Suno, Udio, Mubert, etc.)
Any audio or visual content distributed through Music PiPL
If it plays through Music PiPL, it’s covered.
If you're a rights holder and find your work on Music PiPL without permission:
Please send a Takedown Notice to our Galactic Copyright Officer at:
? Email: copyright@pipl.top
Your notice must include:
Your full legal name and contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work
Precise URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content is found
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature
We process valid takedowns within 72 Earth hours.
If your content was taken down and you believe this was a mistake or you have the right to use it:
You may file a Counter-Notice to contest the removal. It must contain:
Your name, address, and signature
Identification of the content removed and its previous location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was incorrect
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
If the original complainant does not initiate legal action within 14 days, the content may be restored.
AI-generated content (songs, vocals, instrumentals) is an emerging creative category. To maintain legal clarity:
You must have appropriate rights or licenses to any content you upload, including outputs from AI tools (e.g., Suno, Udio, Mubert).
You may upload AI-generated music only if:
The platform/tool gives you full commercial rights;
The output does not infringe upon copyrighted samples or melodies;
Any voice cloning or likeness used is either your own or legally licensed.
By uploading AI-generated content to Music PiPL, you confirm that:
You are the owner or authorized licensee of the content.
You grant Music PiPL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, stream, display, and promote your track within the platform.
You are responsible for clearing any embedded third-party material used in your AI generations.
⚠️ Music PiPL reserves the right to request proof of your rights for any AI-based content and may remove works that pose legal risks.
✅ You composed a melody with Suno, using a personal prompt and voice, and the platform grants commercial rights — Allowed.
✅ You used Udio to generate an ambient track and included it in a space-themed mixtape — Allowed.
❌ You cloned a famous artist’s voice and lyrics without permission — Not allowed.
❌ You remixed Taylor Swift using AI samples without a license — Not allowed.
While Music PiPL operates throughout the digital multiverse, this policy aligns with U.S. DMCA regulations and incorporates principles inspired by Apple Music Terms of Service, including:
Respect for rights of labels, publishers, and performance rights organizations
Requirement for appropriate rights management metadata
Limitations on user-uploaded commercial distribution without rights verification
Users outside the U.S. are responsible for understanding their local copyright laws and ensuring compliance when uploading content to Music PiPL.
As a Music PiPL Creator, you may:
Upload original, licensed, or AI-generated music that complies with this policy
Monetize your tracks via PiPL’s creator tools (coming soon)
File counter-notices if your content was removed unfairly
You may not:
Upload infringing material (sampled vocals, stolen beats, etc.)
Claim ownership of AI-generated works that include unlicensed third-party IP
Misrepresent licensing rights or impersonate other creators
DMCA compliance isn’t just Earth law — it’s cosmic etiquette. We’re here to help artists explore new galaxies of sound, legally and creatively.
